We want you to love your rest, which is why we offer a 30-night sleep trial on all our sustainable Tencel Lyocell bedding. If you are not completely satisfied with the cooling comfort of your purchase, we provide easy returns and exchanges for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the linens and place them back in their original reusable fabric bag or a secure shipping box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your bedding, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
